Before transformation happens, the nervous system must experience safety. This phase helps participants slow down, build trust within the cohort, notice survival patterns without judgment, and develop gentle body awareness alongside foundational micro-shift practices.
Spiritual formation focus: Resting in God’s presence rather than performing for it.
Trait seed: “I am safe enough to be honest.”

Participants begin recognizing old stress responses, emotional patterns, and reactivity under pressure in real time. They practice nervous system regulation and embodied micro-shifts, learning to return to center quickly, process emotions and shift to Christ. This is where state change lives — but only as the doorway.
Spiritual formation focus: Learning to notice God in the moment, not just after the moment.
Trait seed: “I can return to peace and live in joy.”

As regulation increases, deeper identity work becomes possible. Participants explore who they became to survive versus who they were created to be, and learn new attachment patterns (that may need to be developed) with God, self, and others.
Spiritual formation focus: Secure attachment to Christ.
Trait seed: “I am anchored in who I truly am.”

Truth becomes lived experience. Participants practice living from embodiment rather than effort (scarcity/self-protection), allowing truth to move from head to body, and using micro-shifts and embodied presence as lifestyle rhythms.
Spiritual formation focus: Walking with God through the body, not just the mind.
Trait seed: “My body and spirit are working together.”

As internal patterns shift, relationships naturally change. Participants practice responding instead of reacting, staying present in difficult conversations, and holding boundaries without disconnection or anger.
Spiritual formation focus: Love expressed through embodied presence.
Trait seed: “I can remain present with others without losing myself.”

This final phase is about integration, not intensity. Participants move toward sustainable rhythms, quieter inner leadership, and living from alignment instead of striving. This type of presence is influential and joy filled.
Spiritual formation focus: Abiding instead of achieving.
Trait seed: “This is who I am now.”
This is formation that reaches the nervous system — not just belief systems.

I’m not here to fix you or rush your growth. I’m here to walk with you as you practice becoming — slowly, honestly, and in real time. I’ve learned that transformation happens when we feel safe enough to be seen and steady enough to stay present. My role is to help you root deeply so the change you experience can truly last.

This group will be flexible AND it will be a space to stretch into new heights. It is a group that will practice together and do life together. We will learn to negotiate and step into our responsibility with integrity.
You make it different. You will get from this what you put into this. You will build skills that will empower all areas of your life, work and business as you step into grounded presence (this does not mean constant calm). It does mean building vagal tone (nervous system flexibility) so that you know exactly who to BE in the middle of chaos. This will be a space of FUN, Creativity, and Connection.
